Pros

They are all about the people, making it a great experience not just for the customers but the employees too

Cons

It does get hectic and crazy as with any retail enviornement

Advice to Management

Continue to improve the employee experience anyway possible and in turn you will see increased results

    Pros

Decent hourly wage (depending on store location)
Fun environment to work in if you like technology, electronics, etc.
Not too difficult to move up in the company (lots of crappy employees, so the few good ones stand out)

    Cons

Holidays SUCK! (Black Friday will make you hate people)
Management (Sups/managers) seem to just push the workload onto the select employees who actually do work, and ignore those who just stand around and talk with each other.
Not sure how well they will continue to do as a company since so many other places are cheaper. In the past people would come in so they could talk with "educated" employees before making big purchasing decisions (tv's, appliances, etc.) but with the internet research is becoming easier to do on your own, so less of a need for sales people.

    Advice to Management

Don't shove all the work on the few employees who actually accomplish stuff. Why should I bust my but for the same hourly wage other people are making who are standing around talking and never engaging customers or doing anything productive?

  2. Worst place to work, they don't care about anything but profit

    Pros

Discount that is decent. And The employees can be nice.

    Cons

Politics and popularity dictate reviews, promotions, and pay raises.

    Advice to Management

The management team is pathetic at best, they need to follow the rules all the time not as they choose. Low moral fiber as well as a need to always lie.
