I worked at Best Buy part-time (more than an year)

Pros

good experience, pay, benefits, discount, really liked the people and friends I made at this job. management seemed to care about you and your future. Very good first job to gain experience and learn alot about technology

Cons

constant pressure from upper mgmt to bug customers to buy extras, stressful selling environment, fast paced, always on your feet. But overall a good experience that i would recommend to anyone who wants a challenge
