    Pros

Decent pay and benefits, and definitely an ability to learn and grow.

    Cons

Upper management is not aligned on what to prioritize so mid-management directs corporate employees to chase hard after one thing, then shift gears and chase hard after another thing, then shift gears...

    Advice to Management

Get aligned at corporate so you are working smarter, not harder. Hold retail field leadership accountable for execution of plans in stores so vendors and corporate can count on at least a 90% successful execution rate.

  2. Highly misguiding, completely unsupervised exerperience from day one.

    Pros

Good commission tiers if you know how to sell, mostly cool coworkers.

    Cons

There was zero guidance or training done by the manager of the department. Schedules always got switched around, I would be scrutinized for asking for help or questions most times, and there was no efficient system to the work place whatsoever, from selling to training to supervisory.

    Advice to Management

Hire better department managers, instead of just grabbing someone you sat next to on a plane ride.
