Generally flexible with scheduling, dynamic and constantly changing workplace, easy to learn and be trained in most positions.

Cons

Advancement can be difficult depending on position, recently smaller stores have had to close, the type of people that shop at Best Buy are difficult.

    Different cultures across different markets and the employee experience is put on the back burner at some locations.

    Improve your hands on training and spend more time in the field to truly understand the breakdowns in service with your retail team members instead of managing a scorecard.
