The pay is competitive, fellow employees are helpful, and the hours are not bad at all. Great employee discount too!

Cons

I hated the fact that you never really got personal feedback. If your department was doing horrible, everyone there was doing horrible. They dont consider some people work harder then others and cant pick up the slack for everyone.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay attention to client reviews, become more customer oriented, dont be afraid to give your employees a pat on the back everyonce and while
