Cool product, great co-workers, good compensation, internal advancement. overall the staff is great, the atmosphere is positive, and management is pretty understanding

Cons

workload is a litte excessive for management with little labor to execute company plan and iniatives. customers suffer due to lack of sales staff on the floor, but they do as good of job as possible to take care of the employees and customers.

Advice to Senior Management

do what you can to add more labor to the budget so the companies vision can become reality. the stores are just spread way too thin right now
