Cons

My GM doesn't believe in fairness, is prejudiced, throws whomever it takes under the bus to save his butt, and considers work as talking on his cell phone, taking "conference calls", and playing on his laptop most of the day, everyday.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your line level associates in reviewing the work of your managers. Actually spend some time with the AMs to evaluate GM performance. Listening and then taking action is key to employee viewpoint improvement, job satisfaction, and turnover reduction.
