Pros

Great company to work for, discount is worth it and extra benefits are good. Full time is worth it for the PTO and tuition assistance.

Cons

Poor motivation to give raises but eager to pile on more responsibility without compensation. Higher up you go the more slack that is expected to be picked up.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the employee recognition programs and remember that the employee is what makes the customers come back not the product
