Best Buy – “Seasonal Worker”

Pros

Fun working environment & friendly, encouraging, helpful co-workers. Nice opportunity to practice different sales techniques being that Best Buy is non-commissioned sales.

Cons

Low hours offered for seasonal & I was written up for calling into work to take my 8 month old son to the ER for a head injury, when they do mention in the initial interview about flexible scheduling.

Advice to Senior Management

Be sure to let employees know about store policies & it would help to acknowledge when employees are performing positively on the job.
