Pros

-They pay is definitely better than most retailers.

-Great place to work if you are young. Most employees are in their early 20's. (including managers)

-Great about getting time off.

-Very upbeat and positive environment to work in.

-Lots of resources to learn about the products you sell.

-You are not paid on commission. (little pressure to sell)

-Fun orientation for new-hires.

Cons

-Hours can be very low at times.

-Can be hard to get promoted.

-Not easy to get hired. (Unless it's the holidays)

-Expect to work nights and weekends, like with most retail jobs.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a little more time to help the new employees. I was definitely lost for the first few days, and it was a little tough to settle in.
