Cons

Most of the people I worked with are incredibly stupid, but they are good at smoozing with the upper management. These are the people that succeed. They reward being lazy and socializing well over hard work and getting a good job done. HR disaster waiting for happen.

Advice to Senior Management

Go back to college. Most of the management, though already with a upper level degree, do nothing besides rule with fear and intimidation.
