    Pros

Best Buy is more than willing to schedule you around your school schedule. New pay structure provides a bonus available to almost all associates at the end of every month depending on store performance. Employee pricing could not be better without actually giving product away. Opportunities to move up through the company are immense. Plus, you get to work with electronics all day-- Geeks dream.

    Cons

Depending on your store, you may encounter far too much micromanagement. Employees are generally pretty disposable, although it is very, very hard to get fired from Best Buy. Pressure to meet sales performance depending on your store. (Honestly, everything is store dependent, as each store will present a completely different environment usually echoing the management style deployed.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to hire from within, and continue to get rid of those who are holding the company back. Great outlook from the services Best Buy provides and deals Best Buy has struck with major companies bringing stores within stores. (Samsung, Apple, Google...)
