Lack of flexibility

Computer Sales Associate (Former Employee) Madison, WI

ProsEmployee Discount about the coolest part of this position. Blue Polo?

ConsPay, Managers, Sales approach, weekend work. You will be scheduled every weekend and rarely get a Saturday or Sunday off. The pay is terrible for the type of value you are expected to contribute to the company. Management cares more about hitting sales goals than taking care of the customer. You are transformed into an insurance salesman because overpriced protection plans are the only thing keeping this dieing company afloat.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
