Like any retail store, pay is lower and hours come and go. Same with actual Hours per week can vary per season.

    Pros

Work enviroment is cool considering you are surrounded by electronics of all sorts. Employee discount is extremely useful for you. Although lacks in items worth getting for a discount.

    Cons

Management sucks. Upper level communication between managers sucks. Upper level to lower level feedback sucks. Expectations are unrealistic for customer interactions.

    Advice to Management

Stop Sucking get practical. Best Buy is no Apple.
