    Pros

When hired they make you feel like the job is awesome, like it's one great place to work with tons of benefits.

    Cons

After hire, they don't have any direct management, you just show up for work like cattle with no leadership. I was bounced around from geek squad to customer service. Then after the holiday I am only getting 4 hours a week, WTF. I assume they keep you on by a thread, so they don't have to pay unemployment.

    Advice to Management

Advise people that they will not get many hours after the holiday season, to provide training (not just read this crap) or support from management until a person is comfortable in the position.
