    Pros

Fun workplace with good opportunities to meet unique customers and form good business ties and connections

    Cons

    - Non-commission therefore a lower incentive to work harder when there is no immediate financial incentive for an individual to succeed.
    - Only receive bonuses if entire business groups meet their targeted budget for month. Budgets can be unreasonably high

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

lol "Advice to Management" right.... You hire people who whine about not having a job and then whine about having to do their job. you hire incompetent managers who care very little about their employees. Rather than hiring someone whos willing or WANTS to do the job and all that it entitles... you hire the people that ruin businesses.

My manager was awesome. His boss was in the top 4 stores. He was nice. he was motivated but didn't know how to read people. Didn't expect you to answer when greeted and walked away when you had a question and hired people that cared very little, who were coaching people on things they themselfs did not know how to do. my supervisor was newer than I was.
