Pros

Great job to have in high school/college. Opportunites to advance are there if you take them seriously.

Cons

Hourly pay is so poor to begin with, it would be tough to stick around for long term options

    Pros

Fun workplace with good opportunities to meet unique customers and form good business ties and connections

    Cons

    - Non-commission therefore a lower incentive to work harder when there is no immediate financial incentive for an individual to succeed.
    - Only receive bonuses if entire business groups meet their targeted budget for month. Budgets can be unreasonably high
