  1. Pretty easy because there is no aggressive selling or commission based sales for most departments.

    Pros

Perks to working for this company would be remaining on the cutting edge of technology. Product discounts are decent. Getting to try out new products was the absolute best part. If you had the pleasure of working with a good team of employees sometimes you could also have fun at work because of fellow geeky co-workers.

    Cons

The job expectations were extremely unclear. The lack of management training made for a horrible and quite stressful work environment. One thing this company loves to do is lay blame for others mistakes on whomever they can turn into the fall-guy. Another thing they are excellent at doing is making your experience worsen to the point that you can't wait to get out. They make it very clear that there is always someone else that will do your job for lower wages. Moving up in this company is heavily dependent on "who" you kiss up to within your district.
