    I have been working at Best Buy part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Lots of room to improve and grow, easy training, great hours, friendly coworkers and easy going sups.

    Cons

    hours are heavily set based upon the time of year. part time will fluctuate tremendously going from 30 hours a week down to 15 per week. Online training is strictly enforced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    make more hours available year 'round. Promote entry level management positions
