Pros

Job was laid-back, easy to follow instructions. I also learned about technology and new products a lot.

Cons

The hours are sometimes late, as more people shop at night. Not very flexible comes holiday time

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling, lots of opportunity to cross train, help solve consumer problems, access to tons of training modules, and info about products and services, Able to volunteer though the company

    Cons

    slight pressure to sale protection plans, not enough training on products before being put on the sales floor

    Make sure your employees knowledge about technology is as extensive as knowledge of survives

    Retail is Retail, it can be strenuous hours.
