    I have been working at Best Buy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great opportunity for promotion. Great recognition. Contests are great. Great bonus structure where everyone can bonus as a team.

    Cons

    Company could use some small improvements in employee experience. Outdated registers and computers make job slightly more difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay more attention to your own best buy values (LUSH) more often. These are great values that should guide the way every employee and customer is treated.

    -Leadership is always on employees' side.
    -Easy to move up the company with signs of hard work.
    -Largest chain of electronics
    -Diversified list if bands sold within the stores

    Cons

    -Company shows significant changes evolving, leading to cuts.
    -Pressure to do well is very high
    -Staffing is not executed properly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Best Buy is a great company to work for; however, changes are happening and they may lead to worse conditions. CEO, Hubert Joly is sacrificing employees to provide himself with signs of false improvements.
