I have been working at Best Buy full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Good pay when starting off. Best buy discounts. A lot of company equipment like cell phone, VW bug, and a corporate laptop.

    Cons

Sometimes they focus on numbers too much. Client's will call you on your off hours. You hit a pretty high ceiling and hard to move up from here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Care about your employees. There is so much focus on the numbers.
