    Pros

Discount and flexible schedule. Team oriented and the ability to bonus every month! My store was like family and we had each other's backs!

    Cons

Huge company and potential to get lost in the shuffle. Upper level management doesn't care about the ppl that actually do the work! They make decisions and don't think about the reality of what will happen in the store on the front line!

    Advice to Management

Get your mind right! Retail! Ahhhhh!

  2. Pays the bills.

    Pros

line-level co-workers are the only thing keeping most there. great discount on most thing, 5% above cost. freebies from vendors every once in a while.

    Cons

advancement increasing difficult with the bi-yearly restructures. more focused on bringing up stock price than improving the company from the ground up, management tends to "forget where they came from" when giving expectations set from those above them. more "follow"ship than "leader"ship from management
