Pros

- Fun environment to work in with cool gadgets to play with.
- Employee discount is awesome to have.
- Pay is good, but come at the retail price (hours, holidays).

Cons

- Work-life balance can be hard to achieve sometimes.
- It is retail hours which means no holidays off and every year you are opening earlier and earlier.

I have been working at Best Buy full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The fellow employees are amazing, the culture and the opportunity is also good. Employee discounts are great as well. Some employees have no clue whats going on, but in my store I find that most are pretty smart and know the product. Management is nice,

    Cons

Not enough work/life balance. Pay is low compared to the work load expected from us. Customer expectation is too high. I don't think loyalty is rewarded as well as it should be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For the amount of work load expected from us, the pay needs to be much much better.
