Pros

Always a fun work environment. Pay was ok. You got a great company discount. They were always flexible with taking time off as needed.

Cons

The management did not seem to care very much about the floor employees. All they cared about was what the sales numbers were at, at any particular time of the day.

Mandatory meetings almost every sunday morning.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop worrying about the sales data for the day. If you make the floor sales associates choke on numbers all day, they're going to make you look bad....
