Pros

The Employee Discount and the Coworkers are the two Pros for this company. I'm not really complaining about the hourly salary either. Its more than some places, less than others. Overall a decent pay rate.

Cons

Management is sometimes incompetent and is not easy to work with. Was told they couldn't schedule me out of my availability (the only exceptions as that you can't request both Saturday and Sunday off) and I constantly got scheduled out of my availability. Also, was constantly micromanaged

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and let them do their jobs. Do not micromanage.

Great at first but dies down as time goes on

    Pros

Competitive environment, great people to work with. If you try hard enough, chances are you will grow well with the company.

    Cons

Working the holidays can be very stressful. Management is EXTREMELY pushy about hitting goals and store budgets. The pay could definitely be better, its capped low while other managers are getting way overpaid. Management can and will make promises that are impossible to keep.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start focusing more on employees and what they have to say rather than pushing Geek Squad and Branded Payments.
