    Pros

It's a wonderful and fun atmosphere. There are a lot of great people to work with. There are opportunities to advance if that's your path.

    Cons

The recent changes make it difficult to have faith on your job security. There is a low talent bench so it is difficult to find seasoned mentors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to invest in your people and find a way to restore faith that positions won't just be eliminated.

    Pros

Great environment, top notch training, and great benefits.

    Cons

It's retail so it's really hard around the holidays.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider allowing more time off. Does't have to be paid time, just time off. Understand that your employees have families too.
