Pros

Good people, they tend to take care if people who have been around a long time.

Cons

Everything changes just as you learn it, the constant e-learnings and extra work outside of primary job role can be annoying, sales incentives are reward zone points via a incentive program - you get taxed on them at a ridiculous rate that makes it almost not worth it.

    Pros

In General a decent company to work for. You do have opportunity to advance and offer competitive pay.

    Cons

Outside hires will take your jobs as you move into management

    Advice to Management

Not a great place to build a carrier like most retail

  2. More responsibilities added to your plate on a daily basis.

    Pros

Employees that work here are great
    Pay is decent
    Competitive environment

    Cons

Terrible work/life balance. No time to spend with your family. Extra responsibilities added on a daily basis. You get paid to do a job that you can't actually manage because you are too busy focusing on other tasks passed down from district management to general management.

    Advice to Management

Focus on top 3 most important areas and stick to them. Stop adding extra pointless work and stay consistent, focusing on what is most important.
