I have been working at Best Buy full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Playing with cool gadgets as soon as they come out and helping people solve tech related problems or come up with cool ways for customers to enjoy technology.

    Cons

Every year there is a restructure where you can end up losing your job, get your pay cut, or no matter how well you perform or high your annual review score is, you can be denied a raise.

    Advice to Management

Evaluate the employees before you lay them off. Losing your position and being of an extremely high rank within the company based on performance, while other stores who aren't ranked half as high as you get to keep their jobs seems counter intuitive as far as keeping the strongest employees in your possession and getting rid of the weakest links.
