    Pros

Constantly see new faces, everyone wants new technology. You can build relationships with customers because so many of the same people come each Tuesday for new releases! Fun place to work with excellent discounts!

    Cons

Holiday sales, you cannot get the sales yourself because you're always working! Also, people sometimes get unfair promotions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep pushing for the bluecrew bucks! Nice incentive

I have been working at Best Buy

    Pros

Always around the new technology and getting heads up to what's coming out. There are a lot of forward thinkers in corporate that want to push the envelope and not stick with the same old boring and useless strategies.

    Cons

With the pro's of having a good amount of forward thinkers you still have a bit more of the old school thinkers which slows overall progress and stifles growth and gums up the whole process. It's still and R.O.W.E. so you do have the ability to play the grey area and if you succeed nobody cares.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The word would be to corporate management to double check on how their district and store level management works. Some are awesome but I've seen a serious decline in a lot of well performing stores and districts from people that can't break out of the old molds.
