“do not accept a job with this company!”
I have been working at Best Friends Animal Society full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – chance to work with animal rescue, beautiful place to live
Cons – very stressful, management by fear, incompetence, NO job security
Advice to Senior Management – listen to the experts that you have hired - these people have given up a LOT to come work for you and want to make this company successful - they know what they are talking about but if they disagree with you, you FIRE them - this is NOT right! Stop trying to intimidate your employees by firing thier friends as an 'example'. Firing 20 or 30 people every year is not the way to grow a respected company. Best Friends has a TERRIBLE reputation in Kanab. Don't you care?
