I worked at Best Western part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Fellow Housekeepers help out eachother-Decent work hours, free food from the breakfast bar.

    Cons

Awful Manager,No raises , benefits (that includes supervisor) Much to much work for little pay and treated like replaceable nothings.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You must treat your housekeepers with respect ,your head manager does not understand that. And the amount of work that is done is not appreciated at all,the housekeepers are the most important part of the hotel. Give raises and benefits to your hard workers every once in a while. Not the Head manager who lounges around barking at her housekeepers all day with her stupid lap dog. Then your hotel would not be so under staffed! And hiring any unemployed person with the ability to sign their name on a paper!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO
