Pros

I work with the most awesome, caring people! The benefits are good and the 401K program is awesome!

Cons

Sr. leaders are on the road most of the time so visibility to this level of leadership is limited.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sr. leaders could make better use of video technology to communicate with employees more regularly.

I have been working at Best Western part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Learn how to work well with others and build up your professionalism. You're able to get discounts at other Best Western and learn how to use Best Western computer systems. The owner is a great guy, some of the employees are amazing. You get to meet people from all over the world.

    Cons

Don't get raises very often even if an employee has been working here for 3 years or even since the hotel has been open. No benefits offered.
