Pros

Friendly way to meet new people, and enjoy the banter with the public.

Cons

No or little career progression. Company continuosly increasing opening hours regardless of staff commitments, no subsidised taxi's for staff during 2011's massive snow period even though many struggled to come and go. You must follow orders and not ask questions, all things given from head office and not obeyed are class as refusal of management descisions, so your voice nor oppinion mean nothing to them.

Advice to Management

reasess the working situations for all your staff, you will find many hate the way you run the company as a slave farm. Kindness and curtosy is free afterall.

    Great industry with significant development in a competitive industry

    Cons

    Management style highly agressive and confrontational, with a massive lack of trust for the technical experts

    Advice to Management

    Trust your technology experts - dont just use gut-feeling Less stick, more carrot Incentivise employees Look at why your competitors make decisions, and why you are always last to market
