Okay School District

Elementary Teacher (Current Employee) Spanaway, WA

ProsThis district is pretty big but at the same time it does not feel overwhelming to work in. The staff in the district really cares about their students and does a nice job of meeting each child's needs.

ConsI feel that this district could do a better job with their budget. Teachers are almost always being laid off at the end of the school year and hoping to get called back in a month or two before school starts.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease re evaluate some of the administrators you have! There are some very unfriendly ones who create a hostile work environment. There are some who seem to single out teachers and make their year miserable.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
