Pros

The work hours are good, and you stay up on what's going on in the business scene in your local area. You do have the opportunity to help bring attention to good ethical businesses, and help consumers at the same time.

Cons

The BBB system can seem a bit dysfunctional. Making any changes for the better can be a bit like pulling teeth. Too many of the people seem content to become a dinosaur. The pay at a small bureau can be pretty miserable.

    Pros

The office gets really into the holidays seasons and you can look forward to having most national holidays off.

    Cons

This organization has not quite figured out how to stay relevant in today's market, and falls short of staying current in technology and professionalism. The new bbb.org website is terrible, and very un-user friendly. This organization does not live up to the standards of honesty, transparency and trust that it sells to businesses. Lots of change and indecision in the office, which creates a lot of stress and tension. HIGH turnover rates.
