Pros – Very friendly environment , Bangalore Unit' management was easy to approach. Monetary benefits are good. Freedom in choosing the kind of work you want to be involved in.

Cons – Absence of Middle level management is a big downside , although communication with higher officials is smooth. Timings of in manufacturing units is a deviant.

Advice to Senior Management – Middle level management is much needed. Flexibility in timings could be a satisfying factor.
