    Pros

    Was bought out a couple of years ago and new owner has strong ideas of what and where he wants the company to go.

    Cons

    Some of the established management is trying to hold onto old ideas too much and need to move on. Not everyone is on the same page as to what the direction of the company is going or needs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get everyone to really be on the same page and in agreement as to what will happen.

    I worked at Big Red full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great benefits package and 401K

    Cons

    The goal of this company is to do as much work as possible with as little manpower as possible (although they do not compensate you based on the amount of work you have on your plate). Zero communication from upper management. Turnover is insane. Poor compensation. Upper management is not concerned with motivating employees monetarily. Hardworking and motivated employees are not appreciated. Promises are made but not kept. Beware of this company. Great product, horrible place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Motivation = money.
