Current Employee – been working at Bills.com full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – President and leadership are just terrific and really care about teammates, product, customers and create a good environment. It's a business built around transparency, dis-intermediation, and fundamentally on helping people. The product and culture re-enforce each other in a cool vistuous way.
Cons – My commute is kinda long. I have to multi-task a lot. It's not always perfect, with lots of competing priorities over here.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the great culture as we scale and grow.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
