Pros – Good Benefits.
Good Pay.
Even though they are not well known in the United States, this company is the biggest bread company in Mexico and South America.
One would be working with a very friendly staff.

Cons – very seldom is there an opportunity for advancement.
Senior Management does not compliment their employees enough for doing a great job under a great deal of pressure.
Senior Management tends to harp on the negative instead of the positive, especially when an error was made.

Advice to Senior Management – Compliment your hard working employees more.
Give more positive feedback, even when a bad situation happens.
The more positive feedback an employee receives, the more production one will receive from that respective employee.
