“Too Big”
Current Employee – been working at Bimbo Bakeries full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – You work with great people with good pay and benefits
Cons – Dealing with multiple locations and bosses along with constant change from corporate, mainly due to acquisitions
Advice to Senior Management – Don't buy other companies until you are done integrating the last one you bought. Remember, people have daily duties and can't spend all their time working on projects
