I have been working at Bimbo Bakeries full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – good company to work for we get personal days not a lot of managers very friendly to workers good hr manager cares about the employees

Cons – should have not given some managers jobs still very rude need to be retrained very underhanded

Advice to Senior Management – some are not people persons show a lot of favoritism in Decatur. Ga very racist staff in the sales department

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
