I have been working at Bimbo Bakeries full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great pay, however you earn every penny so expect long hours.
    Union job.
    Great Benefits.

    Cons

Union job. Expect separation of Management and Representatives which hinders growth.
    Work/Life balance non-existent.
This company does NOT develop associates. If you are expecting to further your career, look elsewhere. There is no investment in associates to further their careers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Foster a manager and employee relationship. The current status quo is manager vs. employee. Company is hindering their own bottom line with in-fighting and jockeying for position following the merger with Sara Lee/Earthgrains.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
