    Generally friendly. Good growth in the past few years -- in some areas. Relaxed work environment. Many travel opportunities.

    Cons

    Routine layoffs of 2-5% of workforce annually at Christmas. Local fiefdoms create local environments --good or bad. Way behind on technology and product development.
