- Small company so there are opportunities for advancement
- casual work environment
- competitive pay
- get stuff published everyday

Cons

- Long hours
- little feedback from managers, especially in the satellite offices
- didn't form relationship with the managers and editors

Advice to Management

Make an effort to manage the employees, especially when they are new and in the satellite offices. Its often unclear if we were meeting expectations.

    Interesting work; a good way to place to learn about biotech industry; good pay and benefits

    Untrained management; chronic disorganization; inadequate staffing; high turnover; low morale; the best people have already left

    Advice to Management

    Senior management needs management training.
