“Good place to work, if you are interested in the biotech industry”
I worked at BioCentury Publications
Pros – - Small company so there are opportunities for advancement
- casual work environment
- competitive pay
- get stuff published everyday
Cons – - Long hours
- little feedback from managers, especially in the satellite offices
- didn't form relationship with the managers and editors
Advice to Senior Management – Make an effort to manage the employees, especially when they are new and in the satellite offices. Its often unclear if we were meeting expectations.
