I have been working at Biogen Idec

Pros

Great direct management who genuinely care about you and the doctors and patients we serve. The benefits are amazing and did not fully realize how great they were until leaving.

Cons

Difficult to advance if living in a smaller metro area. They also have a lot of meetings, but the meetings do provide good updates.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue building the culture that cares about the employees and the people we serve. This is a great company that is driven by its culture.

    Great benefits, fair salary, pleasant environment

    Cons

    Upper management doesn't care enough about the people who work for them. If you have a problem, you're on your own. Was lied to by direct manager more than once.

    Start being more in tune with what is going one with the people who support you. Keep an open door policy and be honest with your team.
