“This is an amazing and fulfilling place to work.”
Current Employee – been working at Biogen Idec
Pros – Great direct management who genuinely care about you and the doctors and patients we serve. The benefits are amazing and did not fully realize how great they were until leaving.
Cons – Difficult to advance if living in a smaller metro area. They also have a lot of meetings, but the meetings do provide good updates.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue building the culture that cares about the employees and the people we serve. This is a great company that is driven by its culture.
