    Pros

Great benefits - health care, time off, 401K. Salary fairly competitive.

    Cons

Poor leadership. Directors do not inform employees often enough regarding project goals/timelines. Promotions are rarely given to non PhD positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your staff, inform them, and keep them up-to-date regarding company issues, projects. Be honest with them. Let them know the quality of the job they are doing. Don't let them be surprised, let them know when they are doing a great job.
