Current Employee – been working at Biospace, Inc.

Pros – Casual working environment, very nice people all around, virtually no politics,
They are very open to suggestions,
I saw too many wonderful people get thrown around

Cons – Changes are often not thought through and are going to be reverted after a while
The higher you get, the more important is politics and acting
