    Pros

    Broad range of opportunity across the council, if and when opportunities come up. Loads of vacancies children service, social work and schools. New chief executive making great changes to culture, policy, and processes.

    Good salary, new hub buildings excellent, much better working environment.

    Cons

    Too big, wheel of change moves slowly too many dinosaurs, and bureaucratic processes stopping real growth and modern development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen, listen listen then act properly. Take note of the engagement feedback. Have those courageous conversation and stop the rot.
