-Flextime policy gives employees flexibility for outside obligations, unintentional tardiness, etc.
-Company-provided training programs are great.
-The company only partners with reputable schools which makes you feel good about the service provided.

Cons

-Being a mid-sized company, change happens frequently.
-Turnover is a bit on the high side.
-On the education recruiting side of the business, lead flow can fluctuate which has a huge impact on one's productivity.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to have a more talented staff, entrance employment testing, drug testing, and a more thorough interview process should be implemented upfront. Some people get hired that are simply not a good fit and it leads to management frustrations, wasted recruiting and training expenses, higher turnover, and lower employee morale overall.

I worked at Bisk Education full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Limited free college courses are available.
This is the ONLY reason anyone should work for this company at the base level.

    Cons

Pressured sale's quota "environment" without commensurate financial reward.
Vast majority of time will be spent semi-cold calling prospective students.
Later you will have to nag / beg currently enrolled students to re-enroll every eight weeks.
Job almost exclusively involves convincing / pressuring students to access any and all financial resources available to them and by selling overpriced textbooks and unnecessary study guides.
HUGE focus on accessing military and corporate educational funding sources.
Purely profit driven company shrouding itself behind educational values.
Limited and very slow advancement opportunities - only after having served many years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I believe there is not enough concern for the individual but there was concern for the almighty dollar at this company. I requested plants for the office for health reasons and was surprised they were not provided.
