Cons

Besides being numbers driven, management does not care about individuals at all. There are no engineers, no infrastructure, no smooth project management - except for a pocket here or there.

Advice to Senior Management

Pretend to at least like the employees. Also, one office has tons of internal resources while another division selling the same products has zero resources.
